RETURN POLICY: ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of the original shipment/purchase date. All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke/odor free condition. All items must be returned with the original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or do not meet our return policy guidelines will be refused. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. The shoebox must be packaged in proper shipping paper and must be returned to us undamaged. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on jewelry. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Sale items, discounted items, and items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Swimwear is FINAL SALE. If you received a damaged item, there is a three-day notification policy from the day you received your item. Email us within three days for an in-store credit/gift card. Damaged items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please send your item back to us. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you can then use to purchase a new size.
